I was extremely happy with this purchase for my son he loves it so much can't get him out of it. They provide the best customer service as they always maintain good communication.
Cubby house is ok quality, although all the white pieces split when screwing into them.
Came with missing parts, which took a week to resolve, outcome being out of stock and asked to go buy them from Bunnings myself or wait 6 weeks for parts.
Would recommend getting from another supplier.

To expedite the resolution, Lifespan offered the option to purchase the required parts from Bunnings and, with the receipt provided, they would fully compensate the cost. Alternatively, they also offered to order the parts from the manufacturer, which can take up to 6 weeks due to supply chain timelines.
We’re sorry that neither solution met your expectations, but we truly believe the team provided the best options available under the circumstances. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will continue to work closely with our supplier to improve the customer experience.
