Mon-Fri: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Sat: 9:30am - 3:30pm

Warehouse Pick-up Details

At our warehouses, no charge will be levied for your collection of your items (it is free and freight is 100% waived!). Certain items may not be available at certain warehouses. Be sure to choose the self-pickup option at the checkout at the relevant warehouse. Whenever there is no self-pickup option, it means that item is not available for self-pickup.

Our friendly customer service team will contact you via e-mail advising when your order can be picked up. If the item is a pre-order item, you will be notified once the item is available.

Will this fit in my vehicle?

• Most products are flat-packed and comes in multiple cartons for easy storage and transportation.
• Swing-sets will come with long beams that may extend over 3m.
• Every product on our website should list the carton dimensions and weights, be sure to measure your vehicle before coming down to pick up.
• For safety reasons, we cannot force products that cannot physically fit in your vehicle.

What do I bring?

• Proof of purchase and photo identification will be required when picking up your goods
• Proof of purchase can be your confirmation email printed out or displayed on your mobile phone
