Very happy with our Daintree Monkey Bar swing set. The ordering process was easy and you can tell that kids toy warehouse care about their customers. It looks smart being a wood frame and fits well in our garden. We have a 5 year old and a 8 year old and they have used the monkey bar swing set every day. Once I got it put together it was good but holes didn’t line up had to drill holes wasn’t impressed for the valve I also ended up paying a trading to do the job

Lia went above and beyond to make keep me updated with the order. There was a slight confusion upon delivery at fault of the delivery company, but it was promptly rectified by the administration team at Kids Toys Warehouse. We are yet to put the play centre together, but I know from reviews that my kids will absolutely love it!
After reading all the reviews I was skeptical of buying this but bit the bullet and got it for my son for Christmas. Put it together in 4 hours by myself. Unlike other reviews the instructions are quite clear just have to pay a great deal of attention, everything went together great! Only negatives I have is 2 screws snapped even after I pre drilled the holes, and some pieces not labelled but able to work out what each piece was by the pictures in instructions. Overall I think my son is going to have a ball on Christmas, Thanks Kids Toy Warehouse!

Several parts of the rocking horse were missing and I had to buy extra bolts from Bunnings in order to assemble it in time for the birthday party it was purchased for. There was no compensation made for this. The missing parts were sent several days later despite notifying of the additional cost and inconvenience. Will not shop here again.
I would complete your review when/if my order is filled. As of the moment it won't be good.

DOME climber did take some time to assemble as I done a lot on my own recommend minimum 2 better with 3 and look closely at the instructions

We just bought this play centre for our kids and have now finally gotten around to installing it. Installation was a bit tricky so you definitely a few people helping but it was worth it. The kids love playing in it and I would highly recommend it.
